- Coordinate with client, consultant ,subcontractors and concerned governmental authorities.
- To quantify the required quantities of material required for the execution of project (e.g. concrete, reinforcement steel, concrete blocks, tiles etc.
- Making sure that the work being done is in compliance with the design and specification by physical presence on site.
- Documents submittals in the government departments.
- Execution of activities as per design and specifications along with compliance with the health and safety department.
- Making sure compliance of work done according to design, specification and standards.
- Reporting of work progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Shop drawing submittals and approvals.
- Coordination of MEP / Firefighting / Public Health / HVAC, Civil, Architectural and finishing works accordingly.
- Drafting of contract documents and evaluation of BOQ’s with drawings.
- Drafting of Purchase orders / Official Letters / Correspondences.
- To attend meetings with respective government authorities, Consultants, Contractors on behalf of Client.
- Inspection and consult as and when required.
- Construction of campuses and complete the works of Civil, MEP and architectural etc.
- Financial & business proposal layout and implementation for civil works accordingly.
- Reporting to the CFO and CEO about project financial aspects and progression.
