Job Requirements:

School Improvement Plan: Design, implement and evaluate the School Improvement Plan for the IGCSE section to achieve the school's developmental objectives.

Budget Planning: Assist immediate supervisor in the formulation of the annual budgets, including Capital Expenditure, to achieve the school's developmental objectives.

Academic Management: Oversee the curriculum implementation and completion, ensuring the effectiveness of curriculum and teaching in classrooms through classroom observations, and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Student Progress: Ensure effective tracking of students' academic progress, accurate identification of any student's academic underperformance, and support intervention programs whose impact is closely monitored. Keep parents fully informed of student progress and schedule meetings with students and their parents who are underperforming to improve student outcomes.

Enhanced Learning Requirements: Ensure arrangements are in place for support of children with enhanced learning requirements and develop feedback forms and maintain teacher's feedback log taken by students in each subject area.

Staff Consultative Meetings: Facilitate staff consultative meetings to be held as per schedule with the relevant feedback and share progressive plans with all stakeholders.

Examination Planning and Result Analysis: Perform examination planning and result analysis.

Business Development and Community Relations: Work with relevant HO staff towards various promotional and branding initiatives to increase student enrollment.

Operations and Human Resource Management within the school: Ensure the implementation of the discipline policy in a fair and consistent manner.
