The Program Manager will be responsible for provision of quality resources for development and expansion of affiliate schools nationawide. He/ She will be ensuring the following:
- Oversee reasearch and curriculum development
- Manage the administrative , financial and curriculuar aspects of affiliate schools
- Support rpogram quality and delivery of all franchisees
- Create strategic plans to develop and implement new program offerings
- Manage annual budgets and legal agrrements
- Launch initiatives for program development of franchise schools and their adequate implementation
- Research , evaluate and offer recommendations on existing curriculum and delivery of franchises
- Prepare contingency plans for financial risks
- Maintain communication with all franchise owners to consistency in quality assurance of schools
