Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and coloring services that meet client expectations.
- Perform detailed manicure and pedicure treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.
- Create attractive and innovative nail art designs using various techniques and materials.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate treatments and styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to comply with health and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty industry trends and techniques and continuously improve skills through workshops and training.
- Manage appointment scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery and minimize client wait times.
- Provide clients with aftercare advice to maintain the longevity and health of their hair and nails.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure a positive client experience.
- Comply with all salon policies and procedures regarding safety, hygiene, and client confidentiality.
