• Participate actively in all sales training programs to develop a strong understanding of our IT products, services, and sales methodologies
• Shadow senior sales team members to observe sales calls, presentations, and client interactions
• Continuously learn about new IT industry trends and technologies
• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market opportunities
• Help build and maintain a database of prospective leads
• Support outreach efforts through initial contact via email or phone calls
• Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals
• Help schedule client meetings and follow-ups
• Learn to articulate the value proposition of our IT solutions to potential clients
• Support the sales team in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales department
• Prepare reports on sales progress and activities as required
