Job Description

 

The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in managing and executing human resource strategies that support the company’s vision and operational excellence. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding to employee orientation.

  • Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

  • Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management systems.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution fairly and professionally.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist department heads in goal setting and staff development.

  • Support organizational training initiatives and career development programs.

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Shezan’s values of quality, integrity, and teamwork.

  • Liaise with management to identify HR needs and recommend effective workforce solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations within production and bakery units.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG, food manufacturing, or bakery industry.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and performance management systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ERP or HRIS).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
