Ross McKinley Accountants is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and financial management while working with an experienced UK-based accounting firm.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
B.Com, BBA (Finance/Accounting), or a related degree
Candidates enrolled in or pursuing ACCA are not eligible
Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Requirements
Only Islamabad & Rawalpindi–based candidates can apply
No remote work available — this is a strictly on-site position
Key Responsibilities
Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of accounts
Support VAT, payroll, and tax-related tasks
Manage data entry, financial records, and reconciliations
Assist senior accountants with day-to-day operations
Follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail
Good command over MS Excel & MS Word
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Ability to work in a disciplined and structured environment
Good communication skills
