Rotating Site Supervisor

As a Rotating Site Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the maintenance team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities related to rotating equipment. Your role will ensure that all maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with site requirements, contributing to the overall reliability and smooth functioning of site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities focused on rotating equipment across the site.
- Ensure maintenance tasks are executed properly, meeting all operational and safety standards.
- Monitor the progress of maintenance work and provide regular reports on site activities.
- Support the maintenance team in achieving operational goals and maintaining high performance.
- Facilitate the smooth running of site operations by proactively addressing maintenance challenges.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in supervising rotating equipment maintenance.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in shutdowns or turnaround maintenance is preferred, particularly for roles focused on turnaround activities.
