To oversee Sales/Marketing & Commercial aspects of various offices at different locations of the Company. Should be well aware of market dynamics of Travel industry.
Specification:
Should be graduate or above having at least 12 years of experience out of which 05 years of heading the department.
Salary:

Job Description:
1. Execute and implement sales and market initiatives to increase existing business revenue
2. Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue, passenger and average fare targets
3. Maximize face-to-face client sales time by arranging and facilitating support resources in an effective manner to drive client retention
4. Ensure timely and effective problem resolution for assigned client base
5. Identify and analyze local market requirements by soliciting client feedback and by maintaining strong industry contacts/network
6. Attend and participate in sales and product training and industry events (seminars, trade shows) as needed
7. Extract & monitor performance data & KPI's pertaining to sales and revenue for travel agents
8. You will be reporting to management.
9. Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed
10. Motivating and maintaining excellent sales force.
11. Develop & maintain relationships with travel agents to ensure sales are promoted and that gaps & business opportunities are closed successfully
12. Organize and support travel agents’ participation at individual or joint airline events, seminars, road-shows and functions
13. Penetrate corporate market either by tripartite or direct deals with corporate accounts
14. Drive sales team to meet sales target inline with Company’s policies and procedures.
15. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
