- Mainly responsible for the quality of projects. Conduct exploratory software testing to identify areas of improvement in our websites.
- Test and handle change requirements as part of our Agile/Scrum software development process.
- Collaborate with the team as well to stay in touch with our websites updates and progress.
- Monitor mousflow videos/recordings of our Project website to identify the issues faced by real customers.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to resolve issues discovered during testing.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure preparedness for each software release.
- Assist in backlog grooming for upcoming development sprints.
- Reproduce and make them resolve the customer-reported issue.
