We are looking for an Office Assistant/coordinator.
who will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and other communications, dealing with clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, work on billing and proposals, and performing other general office assistant duties and errands.
Monitor incoming calls and emails and answer or forward as required.
Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
Help in preparing business proposals,
Recording information as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Dealing with the clients and maintain a proper record of invoices.
Performing general office/admin assistant duties and errands.
Strong desire to learn along with the professional drive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good in drafting emails and documents.
Excellent knowledge of Google Docs.
Good Knowledge in proposals and quotations making.
Familiarity with billing computer software and online applications.
