Area Sales Executive ( Faisalabad)

Royal Fans is seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Faisalabad. This role focuses on managing and expanding sales within the designated territory, developing strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of sales experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or a related field, demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. The Area Sales Executive plays a key role in territory management, sales forecasting, and driving lead generation activities to maximize market penetration. The successful candidate will work independently, conducting market visits and competitor analysis to stay ahead in a competitive market environment. Strong negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and solid knowledge of territory and market dynamics are essential. This position requires proficiency in basic sales reporting and MS Office tools. As this role does not involve managing a team, it places a strong emphasis on personal accountability, self-motivation, and proactive engagement with customers and distributors to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities

Manage assigned sales territory to achieve or exceed sales targets within Faisalabad region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, assess competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.
Implement territory management strategies to maximize sales and ensure comprehensive coverage of potential customers.
Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate sales reports using MS Office tools.
Generate new leads and convert them into sales by effectively promoting Royal Fans product range.
Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and distributors to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and product launches in the territory.
Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify areas for improvement or differentiation.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market developments, and potential growth opportunities.
