Facilitate seamless import and export shipments via sea and air, maintaining end-to-end liaison.
Collaborate with banks to oversee trade financing activities.
Manage trade-related cash flow reporting, including import cash flows.
Prepare detailed import cost breakdowns.
Organize and maintain import/export files in both digital and hard copy, containing all essential documents for the complete shipment cycle.
Monitor and manage the import cycle using the "Import Status Report."
Handle LCs (Letters of Credit) from establishment to retirement.
Perform import file costing.
Coordinate shipping arrangements in compliance with company policy.
Monitor and engage with WhatsApp and WeChat groups.
Generate Export Realization vs. Target reports (EE Report).
Oversee the entire export cycle using the "Export Status Report."
Fulfill any additional tasks or reports requested by Directors related to import and export.
Ensure pre-audit of documents as per policy.
Prepare rebate and incentive documents in a timely manner and forward them to the agent for processing.
Execute other job-related duties as assigned by the reporting officer or head of department.
