Branch Manager (Sales Manager)

Royal Fans is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth in the Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics sector. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of branch performance, including sales strategy development, team leadership, performance monitoring, market analysis, and financial management. With 5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience and a proven track record in a managerial role, the Branch Manager will play a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 10 persons, ensuring effective collaboration, motivation, and productivity. This role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and leverage business development opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools is vital for monitoring progress and implementing effective sales strategies that align with Royal Fans' organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve branch targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead and manage a sales team of 10, providing coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations to promote a high-performance culture.
- Conduct financial analysis and manage branch budgets to optimize operational efficiency and cost control.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform senior management and support decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and promotions with sales objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners to maximize business benefits.
- Utilize sales reporting tools and MS Office applications to track key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges promptly and effectively.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs for team skill enhancement.
