- Review credit applications for completeness, including conducting reference calls for new credit applications.
- Submit complete applications to the line Manager for approval.
- Visit customers to perform credit evaluation and analysis for new dealership and existing customers for credit limit enhancement.
- Support in judgmental credit decisions as per company policy and SOP.
- Reconcile accounts with every customer on a monthly basis.
- Undertake accounts reconciliation as required.
- Resolve discrepancies raised in reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to non-payment of invoices.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Manage the credit limit of all customers.
- Responsible for collecting the withholding tax challans from customers.
