As the Security Supervisor, you will lead a team of 25 security personnel, providing guidance and managing their daily activities to ensure effective risk management and operational readiness. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) alongside Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) techniques to continuously identify and address potential vulnerabilities. Your leadership ensures the smooth functioning of security measures, swift incident response, and ongoing training to elevate the team's performance in protecting assets, personnel, and information.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 25 security personnel, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and discipline to maintain high operational standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential security threats and establish effective control measures.
- Implement and maintain access control systems to regulate entry and exit points, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Oversee incident response procedures by promptly investigating security breaches, coordinating emergency responses, and documenting events thoroughly.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to evaluate security protocols, update procedures, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Utilize Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to anticipate potential failures in security processes and develop preventive strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align security policies with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Ensure regular training and development programs are conducted for security staff to boost awareness and preparedness for critical situations.
- Monitor security system performance and recommend improvements to enhance surveillance and intrusion detection capabilities.
- Maintain physical fitness and readiness to respond quickly and decisively under high pressure and emergency scenarios.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, risk assessments, and team performance to senior management.
- Promote a culture of safety and vigilance throughout the organization by enforcing protocols and conducting security audits.
