We are seeking for a Data Entry Operator for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial and operational data into our systems, maintaining records, and ensuring the integrity of the information. While, this is an entry-level position, but a little experience would be appreciated.
Office Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, (Monday - Saturday)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Include collecting and entering data in our databases and maintaining accurate records of company information.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring they are complete, organized, and easily accessible.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
- Adhere to data entry and accounting procedures and policies to maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Generate reports, summaries, and statistical analysis as required.
- Assist in other administrative tasks and support the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matriculation or Intermediate
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills
