This role requires individuals who are presentable, possess strong communication skills in both Urdu and English, and have a willingness to learn about our diverse range of carpets and rugs. Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and honest, ready to support our goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this position, Sales Girls play a vital role in assisting customers throughout their purchasing journey. They manage product presentations and support basic content creation such as video recordings to highlight product features. While prior sales experience is valued, it is not mandatory. The ability to handle customer inquiries, provide sales presentations, and maintain strong relationships are key aspects of this job. The Sales Girls do not have team management responsibilities but contribute directly to the sales department's success by fostering trust and satisfaction among clientele.
Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable carpet and rug products.
Provide detailed sales presentations that highlight product features and benefits.
Maintain excellent communication with customers in Urdu and English to facilitate smooth interactions.
Create basic video recordings and other content to support marketing and sales efforts.
Assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
Demonstrate product knowledge by learning about various carpets and rugs offered by the company.
Maintain a presentable appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Punctually report to work and responsibly fulfill assigned tasks and duties.
Ensure honesty and transparency in all dealings with customers and colleagues.
Support the sales team by providing customer feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Collaborate with marketing to assist in creating engaging sales presentations and promotional materials.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and feedback.
