Responsibilities
* Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.
* Contact clients regarding due installments.
* Follow up on overdue payments and achieve monthly recovery targets.
* Resolve client queries related to payment schedules and account status.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments to ensure smooth recovery operations.
* Prepare daily and monthly recovery reports for management.
* Ensure all client communications reflect the company’s professional standards.
