Sales Man

Royalwrist is seeking a motivated Sales Man to join our sales team and drive revenue growth by effectively selling products and services to customers. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and excels in consultative selling, sales negotiation, and customer relationship management. This role does not include managing a team but involves direct interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Sales Man will play a key role in identifying prospective clients, maintaining ongoing relationships, and achieving sales targets. By utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce, the candidate will track sales activities, manage customer data, and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Understand customer needs through consultative selling and recommend appropriate products or services.
Conduct sales negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce to manage contacts, track sales activities, and update customer information.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Royalwrist.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.
