Sr. PHP Developer

Rozee is seeking a highly skilled Sr. PHP Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing various web products for our clients. As a senior member of the development team, the Sr. PHP Developer will lead a team of 2 individuals, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and React.js, coupled with a deep understanding of large-scale application development. The chosen individual must demonstrate expertise in optimization, security controls in web applications, and effective version control using Git.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and customization of web applications for clients using PHP and MySQL.
Supervise and mentor a team of 2 developers, facilitating their growth and career advancement.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
Implement unit testing and continuous integration practices to enhance code quality.
Work with front-end technologies, including JavaScript and React.js, to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Monitor application performance and optimize existing code for improved efficiency.
Ensure the highest levels of security are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Document development processes, coding standards, and API specifications for reference and compliance.
Debug and resolve issues reported by clients and users promptly to maintain user satisfaction.
