RozeeGPT Demo is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications across multiple platforms including Android, iOS, and React Native. The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on experience in mobile app development and demonstrates a deep understanding of core mobile technologies, UI/UX design principles, and app performance optimization. This position requires expertise in integrating native SDKs as well as bridging native modules within React Native environments to deliver seamless and efficient application experiences.
This role involves leading and managing a team of five developers, coordinating development efforts in an Agile workspace, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. The developer is responsible for engaging in all phases of the app lifecycle including initial architecture, design, development, integration of APIs, rigorous debugging, performance tuning, and final deployment to app stores. Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential to create responsive, user-friendly apps that meet business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of five mobile app developers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance team productivity and skill growth.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for Android, iOS, and cross-platform solutions using React Native.
- Integrate native SDKs and build native module bridges to extend React Native functionalities ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Apply UI/UX design principles to create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive mobile interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize version control systems to manage code repositories and ensure streamlined collaboration across development teams.
- Implement APIs integration to connect mobile applications with backend services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of mobile applications to maintain quality and usability standards.
- Optimize application performance by profiling, fixing bottlenecks, and improving code efficiency.
- Coordinate app store submissions, including handling deployment processes, managing app versions, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
- Adopt Agile methodologies to participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives aimed at continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions into mobile app development.
