Job Duties:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Follow a prepared script to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries.
3. Identify and qualify sales leads, converting prospects into sales opportunities.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Handle customer objections and provide solutions to close sales.
7. Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
8. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, products, and services.
