We are looking for “Corporate Finance Transactor” for our client (offshoring company) who is operating in an investment holding company sector based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Ideal Candidate will work as part of the Company’s in-house corporate finance team to help it develop, raise capital and grow its various business lines across multiple industries. Responsible to prepare financial models for debt and equity capital raising, valuations, transactions report and confidential information memorandum and appropriate marketing materials. Able to provide advisory expertise on encompassing merger and acquisitions, business modeling, capital raising or business strategies reviews. Also able to manage all aspects of large transactions for a business, as well as due diligence.

Key Accountabilities:

·         To evaluate & navigate corporate finance transactions with services that includes; business models, M&As and valuations.

·         Developing the financial model for optimizing the financing strategy, including appropriate capital structure, equity and optimal funding mix.

·         Preparation of financial modeling & business models.

·         Assist in hiring other advisors and consultants and provide support to the due diligence process, as appropriate

·         Preparation of transaction package to solicit debt and/or equity

Essential Qualifications: 

Education:

·   B.Com, BSc or MBA  with major in Finance, Economics or Accounting, ACCA, CA, CIMA or CFA. 

Professional Experience:

·         At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance and/or investment banking role in a financial institution such as a commercial bank (on the corporate side) or brokerage firm or a consultancy/accounting firm (but on the advisory side).

Behavioral Skills and Competencies:

·         Must be proficient with Excel, specifically in building business & financial models, and PowerPoint

·         Have a good understanding of accounting.

·         Some understanding of legal terms relevant to financing transactions

·         Strong academic background with the ability to excel within a problem-solving environment.

·         Capability to manage and meet deadlines.

·         Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Independent Player with entrepreneurial mind set.
