The Opportunity for You:

As a Digital Marketing/User Acquisition Manager, you will be supported and trained continuously but you must also already be highly competent and capable of adding value from day 1. You will be building our community and retaining our members.   Our ideal team member will be data-driven and a strong creative thinker. You will have strong organizational, communication, and writing skills, and will also have the ability to foster positive relationships with individuals. You will be goal and success-oriented.  The more you can be an asset, the more you will progress. There is no limit for a high-caliber candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Own our growth roadmap, develop strategies to build and maintain programs and activities that will have a positive impact on the community
  • User segmentation and DRIP campaigns + email automation
  • Testing and managing various user acquisition channels (paid and unpaid)
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and assess the performance of existing products; Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, retention)
  • Conveying performance data and KPIs clearly to leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with members of the community, key individuals, and other organizations

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Prior similar position with a successful track record of growing a product
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, English,  journalism, or similar
  • Experience with a Customer Communications Platform tool
  • Ability to source and work with large data sets
  • Fluent written English skills, able to communicate with prospects in UK, US & Canada
