We are looking for a competent and skilled IT Help Desk Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 Years of experience in an IT support role, with a strong background in providing help desk support and deploying cloud systems.

Skills required:

  • Proficient in setting up and managing email accounts, calendars, and corporate directories.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud systems such as Shared Drive, Monday.com, and Slack.
  • Deployment and maintenance of website.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance as part of the help desk team.
  • Set up and manage email accounts and calendars for corporate users.
  • Establish and maintain an online corporate directory.
  • Deploy and manage cloud systems, including Shared Drive, Monday.com, and Slack.
  • Support staff to resolve technical issues and improve system functionality.
  • Maintain website & hosting/renewals.
