Areas / Tasks of Responsibilities:

Design and development 

Perform and coordinate complicated application programming & integration activities (B2B). Design the application's technical infrastructure using specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches. Lead the design and development of cost-effective and innovative solutions.

Leadership skills 

Act as technical lead and track project progress and address issues of team to ensure the project is on track to meet objectives. Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.

Soft skills 

Ability to articulate comfortably and collaborate with a professional friendly positive demeanor

Plans and budgets for services 

  • Works as a liaison with vendors and the Vendor Management department to establish mutually acceptable contracts and service-level agreements for applications and departmental Operational Level Agreement (OLA)
  • Responsible for reviewing team processes and practices to ensure efficiency and ongoing improvement.
  • Ensures activities comply with Corporate Directives, policies and procedures and that performance standards are met
  • Maintains Integration solutions support and Software Development Life Cycle procedures 

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Relevant discipline 

Professional Experience and Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of XML, python and/or VB and Oracle DB.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or applied Science with a demonstrated record of continuing education in the Information Technology field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a software development environment leading the design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise Integration Solutions
  • Advanced communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders to find solutions and agreement with changing timelines and priorities
  • Ability to manage clients who must continuously adapt to IT change
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate technical staff and maintain employee engagement
  • Experience in web service Integration
  • Ability to implement Security standards and methodologies
  • Intermediate knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies
