This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, shipment tracking, and coordination of logistics activities to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient movement of goods.
Track shipments continuously to monitor their progress and status.
Coordinate with customers, warehouses, and vendors to align shipment schedules and resolve issues.
Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Schedule transportation and organize logistics activities to guarantee on-time deliveries.
Identify and address transit delays and routing errors proactively, implementing solutions to minimize impact.
Maintain up-to-date records of inventory and shipment data for reporting and analysis.
