We are currently looking for a diligent individual to join us as a CCTV Monitor & Loss Prevention Operator.
Your main tasks will involve monitoring our CCTV systems to ensure the premises' safety and detecting and preventing theft or loss incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras to spot any suspicious behavior.
- Analyze live footage to identify security threats, theft, or loss.
- Collaborate with security and law enforcement to handle incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of CCTV footage and incidents, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Perform regular audits of CCTV equipment and report technical issues for quick resolution.
- Implement loss prevention strategies based on surveillance findings.
- Provide support to other security personnel as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or loss prevention is preferred.
- Proficient in CCTV systems and surveillance technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and focus during monitoring.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with security and privacy laws.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
