Looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of quality assurance within a flexible printing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality printed materials that meet industry standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for the production process.
2. Ensure the Quality of Finished Goods and provide Certificate of Analysis.
3. Ensure the Quality of Raw Material Received.
4. Maintain ISO data and Quality Documentation
5. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and improve processes.
7. Train and supervise quality control inspectors to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
8. Analyze data and generate reports to monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
