Graphic Designer

RSF Soft is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to become an integral part of its team. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, strong creativity, and extensive attention to detail. This role requires the ability to craft visually compelling designs tailored for digital platforms and marketing initiatives, contributing to the companys branding and promotional goals. The candidate works both independently and collaboratively, translating concepts and briefs into impactful visual content that aligns with brand identity and messaging. As a Graphic Designer at RSF Soft, you develop a wide variety of design materials including social media graphics, website visuals, advertisements, and marketing collateral. You will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure the quality and effectiveness of all creative outputs. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are essential, alongside a solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout composition. The role demands flexibility to incorporate feedback, meet deadlines, and continuously enhance design quality while staying abreast of the latest industry trends and techniques.
Responsibilities

Create visually engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Design social media posts, banners, promotional materials, and digital advertisements that effectively communicate the intended message.
Develop and implement creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and project goals.
Edit, enhance, and retouch images and other graphical elements to ensure high quality and visual consistency.
Maintain consistent branding by adhering to guidelines related to typography, color schemes, and overall visual style.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make timely revisions to designs to meet project deadlines.
Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative output.
Organize, maintain, and archive design files and assets systematically to facilitate accessibility and reuse.
Manage workload effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, balancing multiple assignments as necessary.
Work independently while actively participating in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity.
Leverage proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and utilize additional software like Canva for diverse design needs.
