Sales Associate

RSF Soft is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate demonstrates confidence, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. This role focuses on engaging potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and promoting company services effectively. The Sales Associate will work closely with customers using various communication channels such as calls and digital messaging platforms to generate leads, convert prospects into sales, and help achieve assigned sales targets. The position requires a target-oriented and self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Associate will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding, and provide regular updates to management. While this role does not involve managing a team, it plays a vital part in strengthening customer relationships and contributing to the companys growth through excellent service and consistent achievement of sales goals.
Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms to promote company products and services.
Present and explain the benefits of company services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
Identify customer needs accurately and recommend suitable solutions to meet those needs.
Generate leads proactively and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
Follow up consistently with leads to maintain communication and encourage sales closure.
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as established by the management.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities using available tools and systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new customers.
Prepare and deliver timely sales reports and updates to management reflecting progress toward goals.
Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, target-driven environment while demonstrating resilience and persistence.
Participate actively in training and development opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
