SEO Link Builder

RSF Soft is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Link Builder to join our SEO team and contribute to enhancing the online presence of both the company and its clients. This role focuses on building high-quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat techniques, and requires a basic understanding of SEO principles, specifically off-page SEO strategies such as link prospecting, backlink analysis, and anchor text optimization. The ideal candidate exhibits strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail while working in a target-driven environment. In this role, the SEO Link Builder collaborates closely with the SEO team to identify link-building opportunities across various platforms including websites, blogs, and directories. The candidate will perform competitor backlink research, conduct outreach activities, maintain and track backlink records, monitor link quality, and regularly report progress. Adherence to Google's SEO guidelines and avoidance of any black-hat SEO practices are critical to success in this position. With one year of required experience, this role is ideal for candidates eager to grow their expertise in SEO using popular SEO tools and techniques, while contributing to the achievement of monthly link-building targets.
Responsibilities

Build high-quality and relevant backlinks for company and client websites using manual, ethical, and white-hat SEO link-building techniques.
Identify and prospect relevant websites, blogs, directories, forums, and other platforms for backlink opportunities that align with SEO goals.
Conduct comprehensive competitor backlink research to discover potential link-building prospects and gain actionable insights.
Perform outreach through personalized emails to website owners, bloggers, and publishers to secure backlink placements and partnerships.
Assist in implementing guest posting campaigns by coordinating content submission and link placement activities.
Maintain and update detailed backlink and outreach records using Google Sheets or other tracking tools to ensure accurate monitoring.
Evaluate backlink quality by checking relevance, domain authority, anchor text diversity, and spam indicators to protect site integrity.
Monitor acquired backlinks regularly to confirm link retention and flag any issues that could affect search engine rankings.
Generate progress reports on link-building efforts, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, for review by the SEO team.
Collaborate effectively with the SEO team to meet and exceed monthly link-building targets and support broader SEO strategy objectives.
Stay current with industry best practices and Google SEO guidelines to avoid spammy or black-hat link-building methods.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, contributing positively to team goals.
