RSP LEAD GENERATOR

Encoders is seeking a motivated and results-oriented RSP Lead Generator with practical experience in paid advertising and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive quality leads and improve conversion rates. This full-time position is based on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns to maximize performance.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including conducting thorough keyword research.
- Generate high-quality leads while improving overall conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as budgets, cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement improvements in campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
- Solid understanding of keyword research techniques, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking methods.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to campaign optimization.
