RSP Sales Executive (UK Market)

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented RSP Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the UK market. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience in RSP sales, preferably within the UK sector. Strong English communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets are essential. This role involves working closely with international clients, managing a sales pipeline, and maintaining a target-driven approach to ensure ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute sales activities specifically targeting the UK market.
- Build and nurture relationships with international clients to generate and close sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Follow up diligently with prospects and clients to ensure successful sales conversions.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor and manage the sales pipeline and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and company goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of relevant RSP sales experience.
- Proven experience in UK RSP sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management is advantageous.
- A target-driven mindset with a history of proven sales performance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with extensive experience in the UK RSP sector and a strong sales record may qualify for a higher salary bracket. The position offers a competitive salary package starting from Rs80,000 per month. The role is based in Karimabad, Karachi, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This is an in-person role requiring full commitment to office attendance.
