We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Business Developer with a proven track record in achieving targets. The primary responsibility of the Business Developer is to generate new recruitment opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various lead-generation techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Meet and exceed given targets and KPIs consistently.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of 2-3 years of successful recruitment experience in Cloud based Technologies, various international job boards and recruitment best practices.
- Strong professional communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
