We are looking for a Call Center Executive - Pashto Speaking with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Liaise and coordinate with customers to ensure timely recovery of outstanding/billed amounts.
- Ensure timely collections via telephone from delinquent, active, former, and disconnected accounts to reduce bad debt.
- Respond to customer calls and emails to address receivables-related queries.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of relevant experience (preferably as a calling agent).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Detail-oriented with good reporting skills.
