We are looking for an individual to be part of a team who provides outsourced services in e-commerce related environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in e-commerce
- Advanced knowledge in CRM / ERP software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer, Physics, Applied Physics or Math
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate among ongoing projects
- Works well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Love of brainstorming, problem-solving, being creative and resourceful
- Positive attitude with contagious enthusiasm
- Interpersonal communication skills including English written, verbal
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Anticipates and understands work requirements and able to prioritize to ensure works / projects are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Continually refines workplace standards and implements new processes to efficiently deal with the workload.
- Provide biweekly reporting that allows for better resource management
- Coordinate and liaison local and international offices
