We are looking for an experienced Bakery Chef / Bakery Lead for a new food project in Faisalabad. The role will lead bakery production, recipes and quality, while supporting light café food preparation. The successful candidate will help build and manage the bakery operation from the beginning.
Responsibilities
Lead daily bakery production and maintain consistent quality.- Prepare breads, croissants, pastries, cakes and cookies.
- Develop, test and standardise recipes.
- Plan production and manage ingredients to minimise wastage.
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
- Train and supervise the bakery team.
- Support light café food preparation when required.
- Help establish efficient bakery workflows and production systems.
