SA Enterprises ( Pvt) Ltd is already running a food business named Portobello restaurant in Faisalabad and now we are developing a new grocery and fresh produce retail concept connected with our own S.A. farms Layallpur as its main supplier.
For the above we are looking for an experienced Retail & Procurement manager to take responsibility for building and managing this new operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage grocery and fresh-produce purchasing.
- Build and manage supplier and vendor relationships.
- Oversee inventory, receiving, stock rotation and replenishment.
- Monitor quality, pricing, margins and wastage.
- Coordinate with S.A. Farms on fresh-produce supply.
- Lead the retail team and manage daily operations.
- Develop efficient purchasing and stock-control systems.
