Saab Moulded Furniture is seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of one of its branches. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years of experience in sales and team management within branch, outlet, or showroom environments. This role involves managing daily branch activities, ensuring sales targets are met, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires leadership of a team of five employees, focusing on motivating and developing individuals to achieve both personal and organizational goals.
The successful Branch Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high performance standards at the branch level. This includes optimizing team performance and handling operational tasks that contribute to the profitability and growth of the branch. The candidate must have strong skills in sales management, customer relationship management, team development, and performance management to drive success in a dynamic retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient functioning and achievement of sales objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the branch territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and mentor a team of five employees, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
- Monitor individual and team performances regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with corporate management to align branch objectives with company goals and standards.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations within the branch.
