Saaz International is seeking skilled Tele Sales Experts to join our remote team focused on the Canadian and US markets. The ideal candidates have proven experience in telesales or telemarketing and possess strong knowledge of POS systems, payment processing, and merchant services. The role requires excellent communication and closing abilities with a drive to independently meet and exceed sales targets. This position involves engaging potential clients via cold calling and lead generation efforts to promote our POS payment solutions. Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of product knowledge, sales negotiation techniques, and the ability to navigate the North American market successfully. Working remotely, Tele Sales Experts contribute directly to expanding our customer base and increasing revenue in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
Demonstrate detailed product knowledge about POS systems and payment processing services to address customer needs.
Engage in effective sales negotiations to close deals and achieve set sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools or designated systems.
Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with merchants and clients.
Adapt sales strategies to meet the dynamic market conditions in Canada and the United States.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates.
Identify customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions based on Saaz Internationals offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory compliance affecting payment solutions.
Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating remotely with the sales team and management.
