Sabeen Insight is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance the presence of our YouTube channel and associated social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in managing social media channels and developing effective social media strategies. This role involves leading a team of three individuals to execute engaging content plans, drive audience growth, and maintain active community engagement, ensuring the brands message resonates across all channels. The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies that align with Sabeen Insight's goals. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the team, coordinate content creation and publishing schedules, and monitor social media trends and analytics. A proactive approach to solving challenges, staying current with platform algorithms, and responding to audience feedback is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage and lead a team of three social media specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Coordinate content creation efforts to ensure timely publishing across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and trends, responding appropriately to enhance community interaction.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the channel competitive and innovative.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce cohesive and compelling multimedia content.
Develop and maintain editorial calendars and posting schedules that align with strategic marketing plans.
Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to maximize reach and return on investment.
Ensure all social media activities comply with company policies and platform guidelines.
Report regularly to senior management on social media performance and growth strategies.
