HR/Payroll Officer

Sabir's Poultry Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR/Payroll Officer to efficiently manage the companys payroll and employee benefits administration. This role requires a proactive individual who can accurately process payroll, maintain employee records in the HR Information Systems (HRIS), and support the HR department to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will hold at least a BBA or MBA with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. This position does not involve managing a team but requires close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure seamless HR operations. The HR/Payroll Officer will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information and employee benefits. They will execute tasks related to salary calculations, benefits enrollment, and HRIS data updates, thereby supporting employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. Attention to detail, knowledge of payroll regulations, and proficiency in HRIS software are key to succeeding in this role. The candidate will also contribute to generating reports and assisting in audits, ensuring that the payroll process aligns with the companys financial goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities

Process employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
Update and maintain employee data in the HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and security.
Prepare and submit payroll reports and reconciliations for management and regulatory requirements.
Support compliance with labor laws and tax regulations related to payroll and benefits.
Coordinate with finance and HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personal employee information at all times.
Assist in audits and prepare required documentation related to payroll and benefits.
Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation, tax laws, and HR best practices.
Collaborate with external vendors for payroll software maintenance and benefit program administration.
Provide timely support and responses to employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Help develop and improve payroll and HR processes to increase efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation of all payroll and HR transactions and processes.
