We are hiring a talented and results-oriented Business Development Executive to acquire new clients and projects related to Graphic Design,WordPress, Shopify, MERN Stack, and AI. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, experience in international sales, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and target new business opportunities locally and internationally.
- Generate leads via Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
- Conduct research on market trends for WordPress, Shopify, MERN Stack, and AI services.
2. Client Communication & Sales
- Maintain strong communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Gather project requirements and prepare competitive proposals.
- Present the company's services professionally and confidently.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
3. Proposal Writing
- Write customized proposals for WordPress, Shopify, MERN Stack, and AI-related projects.
- Coordinate with developers to prepare accurate project estimates.
4. Relationship Management
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Follow up actively and ensure smooth communication until project delivery.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Communicate client requirements to the development team.
- Ensure timely updates and delivery of tasks.
6. Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Meet KPIs and achieve business development goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in Business Development or IT Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (BS/BCS/BBA preferred)
- Good understanding of WordPress, Shopify, MERN Stack, and AI services
- Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
