Job Description:
An odoo ERP developer is a highly skilled and comfortable programmer with Odoo. You are a Solutions and Odoo Expert. Your role is to scale the existing ERP to support new business processes for a Logistics Industry Company. The ERP is fully integrated with the Logistics Operations System for a seamless flow between Logistics and Internal Company Operations. On a usual day, you might be doing these things but limited to:
- Implementing the agreed functionalities to cover for business process requirements
- Writing User Manuals for new Features
- Doing the Quality Gate Testing before release
- Conduct the required meetings to
- Collect Requirements
- Demonstrations
- User Acceptance Testing
- Bug/Issue Tracking
- Investigating Root Cause of problems in the system
Performing your role, you will be talking to these people but not limited to:

- ERP Developers (Colleagues)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing, and debugging new functionalities to support addition of business practices or scaling up the existing business
- Making sure the functionalities serve the purpose they’re built for
- Documentation of requirements, features, and activities
- Workflows implementation
- Mock-ups implementation
- User Guides
- Meetings required to support your role in the company
- Product Roadmap
Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Core Python and its programming concepts
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Good knowledge mainly in project management environment and its methodologies
- Experience working in a research environment that relies extensively on Open-Source solutions
- Preferably good knowledge in agile methodology using JIRA
- Preferably good knowledge in e-Commerce platforms, delivery solutions, and CMS software
- You’re focused on the small details
- You have a knack for solving the problems
- You’re a self-starter that works under little to no supervision
- You love achieving/completing your tasks on time
- You have a passion for logical reasoning
- You are always keen to learn new things
- Your comprehension is on point
