Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.

 Achieve sales targets set for the sales team, in conjunction with relevant department heads.

 Assign responsibilities, areas or groups of customers to various sales personnel.

 Identify training needs of the group as a whole or of individuals.

 Ensure that the salespersons have all the sales aid tools they require to make good presentations.

 Investigate reasons for lost sales.

 Promote a healthy team spirit amongst the sales team.

 Being available to the salespersons when they need advice or information.

 Generating timely reports, such as monthly sales reports and target performance, leaves and

attendance reports, conducting audits every 2 days for ensuring adherence to procedures and

physically inventory.

 Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and

prospects.

 Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely

feedback to senior management regarding performance.

 Controls expenses to meet expense budget guidelines.

 Ensure’s Adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that

they are communicated and implemented within the team.

 Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make good sale.

 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls

and emails.

 Gathering market and customer information.

 Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.

 Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering into a

computer system.

 Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

 Feeding future buying trends back to employers.

 Conducting disciplinary actions against the subordinates who fail to perform according to the

company standards.

 Manage and analyze sales data and make plans to maximize sales.

 Make plans for inter branch transfers

 Organizing and supervising members of the sales team and making sure that any set targets are

consistently met.

 Daily visit each outlet to ensure that all the company’s outlets performance is doing well.

 Conduct each location audit daily, weekly and monthly.

 Update cash ups daily and meet sales targets.

 Resolve customers and staff conflicts and problems.

 Seek out new prospective customers and develop new business relationships.

 Maintain all equipment in each outlet up to date.

 Daily visit each outlet to ensure every matter in each outlet is settled.

 Maintain appropriate stock level in each outlet.

 Weekly conduct sales team meeting and discuss the important issues.

 Maintain cleaning standards in each outlet.

 Maintain standardized merchandising in each location.

 Prepare quarterly, seasonally and yearly report covering all issues related to operational and sales

matters.

 Make a requirement generation system for each type of stock needed.

 Make staff attendance and performance hundred percent daily.
