Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.

attendance reports, conducting audits every 2 days for ensuring adherence to procedures and

prospects.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely
feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Controls expenses to meet expense budget guidelines.
Ensure’s Adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that
they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make good sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls
and emails.
Gathering market and customer information.

Maintain cleaning standards in each outlet.
Maintain standardized merchandising in each location.
Prepare quarterly, seasonally and yearly report covering all issues related to operational and sales
matters.
Make a requirement generation system for each type of stock needed.
Make staff attendance and performance hundred percent daily.
