International Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Contact customers in the UK to verify if they had a car on finance between 2007 and 2024.
Engage customers with clarity, empathy, and professionalism to explain potential compensation eligibility.
Accurately document and assess customer information to identify mis-selling claims related to car finance agreements.
Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow company guidelines and legal requirements concerning customer communication and data handling.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize earning potential.
Keep detailed records of customer conversations and outcomes using company CRM tools.
Collaborate with team members and management to share feedback and improve engagement strategies.
Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies related to compensation claims.
Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and results-driven performance in daily tasks.
