- Candidates must have strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction with a minimum of 3+ years of experience preparing clear, complete, and accurate detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches
- Existing libraries and client specifications using Autodesk software including REVIT and Autocad and provide support to Architects & Project Managers by preparing detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Candidates with experience in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Revit and other design programs is preferable.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produces construction documents on Client’s requirements and on systems
- Autodesk Architecture/REVIT/ AutoCad 2D and 3D Models both interior and exterior.
- Prepares drawings of residential and commercial structures from sketches.
- Modifies drawings by studying changes; redrawing assemblies, components, and parts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in related field and 3+ years’ experience. Experience with Autodesk Architecture, AutoCad 2D and 3D REVIT Architecture required.
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must possess and exhibit a positive attitude Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to conceive new approaches, and streamline processes
- Strong time-management skills with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and solve problems
- Master in Autodesk AutoCAD 2D and 3D modeling, REVIT Architecture,etc
