Safety Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor for an ongoing project at a walls factory located in Bhaipheru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols on-site to ensure a secure working environment. This is a daily wage position, requiring the candidate to be present in person at the work location. Candidates must be over 25 years of age and possess relevant safety certifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures on the project site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety standards.
- Provide guidance and training to workers on safe work practices.
- Report any safety incidents or violations promptly to management.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and improve safety measures.

Required Qualifications
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory.
- Candidate must be at least 25 years old.
- Proven experience in safety supervision, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of vigilance on-site.
